(SD) encompasses progressive and innovative training methods to enhance the skills and ability of young athletes. By providing functional conditioning to both male and female athletes through the implementation of age specific drills designed to increase athletes Multi-Directional Speed, Agility & Quickness, we at (SD) develop training methods which prepare young athletes to excel at their individual sports while they have an exciting, fun experience. Our goal is to provide athletes with new training tools while encouraging them to develop their individual skill level & abilities at their own pace.
